Banks in Spain provide mortgages for residents and non-residents in Spain and are always linked to the valuation of the property. It is possible to obtain a 70% mortgage for non residents and up to 80% for residents. Interest is determined by the Euribor. The rates are fixed for one year, then adjusted to the Euribor.
We can arrange mortgages with no penalty for early repayment. Most Spanish banks will look for the mortgage to be completed by age 70 but it is possible to obtain a mortgage in Spain up to 75 as long as you are under 65 at the time of application.
